Pre-heat oven to 350. In large mixing bowl cream butter & sugar.
Beat in extracts. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour with baking soda: add to creamed mixture alternately
with sour cream. Fold in blueberries. Spoon mixture into 2 greased and
waxed paper-lined 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake for
60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out
clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
