Here are some funny conversations I have had with Anabelle lately.
Anabelle: Mom what do you think that Jessie, Sarah and Grandma want for Christmas?
Mom: I don't know we should probably ask them.
Anabelle: Well I know what Mike wants for Christmas.
Mom: What's that?
Anabelle: ME....because he loves me!
Mom: Anabelle hurry up we need to go!
Anabelle: Slow and steady wins the race baby!
Situation: Sabrina is playing with a toy. Anabelle takes the toy just because she can. Sabrina starts to cry.
Mom: Anabelle why did you take that from her?
Anabelle: Because I want it.
Mom: Well can you please give it back?
Anabelle: No, not until she learns to stop crying like a baby.
I could have sworn that I said the very same thing to her yesterday. She didn't listen to me but thought that she would use it on her sister. Oh boy!

I love a sassy four year old. They're the best. And by best I mean they provide lots of entertainment to parents without meaning to.
