My Sister Jessie did the Pleasant Grove Sprint Triathlon this past saturday. It is a 3 mile run, 8 mile bike and 400 m swim. She was so fast and determined to win. And that's just what she did! Jessie won First Place out of the women. It took her only one hour and nine minutes including transition time. She's amazing!

The lady was really great at biking and totally passed her on the up hill, but Jessie was a lot better at swimming and beat her in the end.
